VIEW is committed to offering unmatched customer support and personal service. Training is important in getting the most out of our measurement machines. VIEW sales representatives have been through rigorous training on the details of our measurement systems, and are a great first contact for training.

Our next training classes are:

VMS Basic

VMS Basic programming class runs 3 days and the course syllabus outlines the concepts covered. Students will be seated in front of a metrology machine (likely a Pinnacle, Benchmark or Summit) and have the opportunity to write basic VMS inspection programs.  Mark Bensel is our Applications Manager and the instructor for the week. Everything needed for this class is provided. For the VMS advanced portion, students continue applying the new skills to their own application part with help and feedback from Mark.

The VIEW Service Training class takes place at the same time as VMS Advanced class. Students receive an overview on providing on-site preventative maintenance like cleaning, lubrication and tightening of connections. David Bui and Justin Rucker will point out common steps to perform when servicing customer systems and basic hardware troubleshooting. The steps for machine calibration will be covered as well.  Please see the second attachment "VMS Cert & Verify Training". All classes run 8:30am – 4:30pm and lunch is provided the first day.

The schedule is:

VMS Basic:  Mon to Wed (8-20 to 8-22)

    VMS Advanced: Thurs/Fri (8-23 to 8-24)

    VIEW Service Training: Thurs/Fri (8-23 to 8-24)

Please contact to schedule training.

Note: Depending on certain factors, such as machine type, software version, or the type of training, there may be a fee associated with these classes. You will be contacted shortly after registering with more information.
